This is an exciting role to manage all aspects of a busy flagship shopping centre which is currently undergoing a phased programme of investment. We are looking for a highly motivated team play who can deliver the events, marketing and advertising strategy to attract footfall to the centre and support our tenants in building up their businesses. The role also involves securing additional revenue for the centre and building strong relationships with the wider community. This is an exciting opportunity to head up this new town centre through its phased programme of improvements.

Key Responsibilities and Duties include:
* Manage the centres operations on a day to day basis, supporting and managing the on site team as well as an assistant centre manager.
* Manage and oversee the centre's popular street food market.
* Tenant liaison, including support and gathering trade feedback from both national and independent retailers.
* Developing the centre's diary of events and marketing calendar.
* Website and related social media updates.
* Work closely with the in-house PR team and graphic design team to deliver a strong marketing campaign strategy for the centre.
* Manage and control all Health & Safety and Operational functions on the Centre.
* Manage and control the overall budget.
* Manage waste and recycling on the centre ensuring high standards of recycling are maintained.
* Establish good working relationships with key stakeholders, local businesses and potential event sponsors.
* Work with the wider community including local schools, charities, Chamber of Trade and other community groups.
* Generate ancillary income streams including selling advertising space and concessionary space on Centre.
* Carry out general day to day administrative duties. while providing a high level of customer service to shoppers and visitors to the centre.
SALARY FROM £38,000 dependent on experience.
