Description
We are looking for an experienced
Composite Laminator
to join our elite team, delivering world-class carbon fibre components that help shape the success of our Formula One car on track.
As a key member of our composites department, you will work with cutting-edge materials and state-of-the-art tooling, producing complex components to exacting standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Laminating high-spec carbon fibre components to the strictest quality and schedule.
* Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and laminate manuals.
* Preparing moulds and tools with precision and care.
* Loading/unloading autoclaves and completing breakout processes.
* Ensuring all materials and methods align with design data.
* Maintaining exceptional standards under pressure and tight deadlines.
* Supporting Health & Safety best practices at every step.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Proven experience in composite laminating, ideally within Formula One, motorsport, or high-end automotive.
* Skilled in precise, hands-on work with strong attention to accuracy.
* Ability to work accurately from technical drawings and laminate manuals.
* Solid understanding of composite materials and manufacturing techniques.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude.
* Calmness and organisation in high-pressure environments.
