Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

* Facilitate immediate revenue generation through direct connections with current customers.
* Manage leads and oversee conversion of RFQs to POs with support from delivery and sales teams.
* Collaborate with technical and sales teams to coordinate business case approvals.
* Lead sales generation efforts for designated customer accounts.
* Maximize company profits from direct accounts managed.
* Support the development of sales strategies to keep Genesis innovative and competitive.
Required Experience & Skills:
Operational Experience:
* Extensive knowledge of the telecommunications market.
* Proven track record of success in similar roles.
* Strong relationships with key decision-makers in customer organizations.
* Exceptional marketing skills and the ability to identify revenue generation opportunities.

* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills for collaboration across all business levels.
* Energetic, dynamic persona with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
* Independent work style and strong organizational skills.
* Proficiency in business case writing and financial modelling.

Academic & Technical Background:
* Minimum of 10 years of experience in a comparable role.
* Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* Proven success in the telecommunications industry.
* Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
* Experience working within a global matrix organization and multicultural environments.
