Job Title Cover Supervisor Secondary School - Northampton (NN4) Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-Time (37.5 Hours Per Week) Term Time Only Pay: £100 £130 per day (PAYE no umbrella deductions) Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a confident and reliable Cover Supervisor to work within a Secondary School in Northampton (NN4), starting as soon as possible. As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering pre-set work to students in the absence of the class teacher, ensuring pupils remain on task and engaged with their learning. This role does not require planning or marking, but strong classroom management and communication skills are essential. The school is supportive and welcoming, with a strong focus on maintaining high expectations and positive behaviour throughout.
