Role:

This role is responsible for the accurate recording and processing of financial information within the ERP system and supporting the Management Accountant with the day to day responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

* Complete all mandatory training.
* Processing of bank payments to the online system as and when required
* Recording bank transactions in the ERP system, and undertaking regular bank reconciliations
* Manage private mileage reclaim for drivers with fuel cards
* Preparation and posting of monthly journals
* Support the preparation of VAT returns
* Completion of ONS requests
* Manage the vehicle fleet, tracking drivers to cars and gathering monthly mileage information from drivers
* Support the intercompany recharge process, providing Accounts Receivable with the documentation required to raise invoices
* Monthly reconciliation of intercompany balances and completion of intercompany schedules for Group reporting
* Support the provision of information to external auditors
* Provision of information, reports and detail as and when required

Requirements:

* C grade in Maths and English Language GCSE or Equivalent.
* AATL4 or QBE would be desirable
* Previous experience working in Purchase Ledger environment is essential for the role
* previous experience working in Finance environment is essential for the role
* Experience in a manufacturing environment would be desirable
* 25 days holiday
