Customer Team Leader
Location: 2 Austin Crescent Eggbuckland, Plymouth, PL6 5QA
Pay: £14.48 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent contract, part time
Working pattern: Closing shifts between 1pm through to 10pm, with flexible availability across the week to include at least 1 weekend shift (Friday after 6pm, Saturday or Sunday). Please discuss availability further at interview.
You must be aged 18+ to authorise age‑related sales.
Join us as a Customer Team Leader and take the next step toward managing your own store. You’ll lead a small team in a fast‑paced Co‑op store, supporting services such as post office, bakery, online services and home delivery. Help make customers’ lives easier.

What you’ll do
* Own day‑to‑day store running by leading the team on shift
* Motivate, coach and support team to deliver great service and efficient operations
* Work hands‑on on the shop floor and tills, setting the pace for Customer Team Members
* Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy and HR processes
* Champion Co‑op through community engagement and membership growth
