As an Application Support Engineer, you’ll sit at the centre of the organisation’s technology function, ensuring Microsoft 365 is stable, well-managed, and genuinely useful to the wider business. You’ll act as the internal technical authority, working alongside an external MSP while retaining control of day-to-day systems, user experience, and platform development. This is a hands-on, in-house role where your decisions and improvements will be seen and felt across the organisation.
