Construction Administrator
Location: Redditch
Salary: £30,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Construction Administrator to join our growing team in Redditch. If you have experience in construction or technical administration and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day administrative support across multiple construction projects
* Manage and maintain project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and site records
* Assist in the tendering process, including preparing PQQs, bid submissions, and compliance documentation
* Liaise with clients, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth coordination of projects
* Maintain up-to-date records for health & safety, accreditations (such as CHAS and ISO), and certifications
* Support with meeting coordination, scheduling, and compiling progress reports
What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience in construction administration or a similar technical role
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
* Experience with SAGE, document control systems, or estimating tools (desirable but not essential)
