Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist wanting a change in career direction or to expand your skillset and confidence? We are a supportive and friendly team seeking a dynamic, professional, and compassionate colleague to join us to help deliver an excellent patient experience of our service.

A Neighbourhood Team Community OT role is fast paced and responsive to both urgent and planned referrals, working closely with other nursing and physiotherapy roles. Making the patient’s home safer and guiding the promotion of independence is where the OT really adds value to the patient experience. Assessments are holistic and focused on maximising independence at every stage. Patients are at the heart of everything we do.

Good opportunities exist for further training and development within the role. You will receive support and development through in‑service training, regular appraisals, a personal development plan and clinical supervision.
