Business Development Manager – Specification Sales
Location: Kent, Surrey, Sussex & London | Full-time
Salacia is the UK’s independent luxury bathroom showroom and contract merchant. We supply and deliver high-end sanitaryware, bespoke bathroom furniture, and architectural finishes to private clients, designers, developers, and the super-prime sector across the South East and London. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team, driving specification sales across house builders, hospitality projects, and high-end bespoke residential developments.
The Role
* Develop and secure project specifications across target accounts.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and supporting technical documents.
* Act as the go-to account manager for clients, ensuring consistent support and trusted relationships.
* Maintain and nurture existing accounts while driving new business opportunities.
* Represent Salacia’s values of exceptional service, design knowledge, and long-term partnership.
The Candidate
* Proven background in bathroom specification sales is essential.
* Commercially driven with experience in residential developments, hospitality, or the luxury interiors sector.
* Excellent account management skills: organised, proactive, and relationship-focused.
* Confident outward salesperson with a deep understanding of the design and specification process.
* Passionate about service excellence and aligned with the Salacia way: honesty, professionalism, and creating lasting impact.
