Job Description This is a site-based role, though candidates must be within commutable distance of Bridgwater or open to relocating, with support available for the right individual. As a Junior HVAC Engineer, you will support the delivery of HVAC systems across a major nuclear construction programme, gaining hands-on experience in a complex, highly regulated environment. You will play a key role in resolving on-site technical challenges and ensuring installation activities progress safely and efficiently. Support HVAC installation works in line with engineering drawings and specifications Assist in responding to technical queries raised by construction teams Review field change requests and non-conformance reports for clarity and accuracy Liaise with design and engineering teams to resolve site issues Help track engineering issues and contribute to performance reporting Identify and escalate installation or documentation non-conformances Maintain clear communication between site teams and engineering stakeholders ⚙️ Support consistent application of approved engineering solutions on site
