Job Title: Project Manager
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale live events, from initial concept and design through to successful delivery. This role plays a critical part in ensuring events are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
Salary: Up to £50,000
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and drive project performance while minimising delays.
* Lead end-to-end execution of events, ensuring alignment with technical and production standards.
* Support the implementation of consistent processes and SOPs across all projects.
* Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and project teams to define technical requirements and communicate plans.
Job Requirements
* BA/BS Degree or equivalent experience.
* 4+ years of technical experience in the Corporate Staging or Broadcast industry; Project Management experience preferred.
* 1+ year of Supervisory experience preferred.
* Strong communication and client relationship skills.
* Familiarity with budgets and cost control.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple complex tasks.
* Technical diagram knowledge/experience preferred.
* Ability to travel up to 50% may be required.
Event Project Management
* Prepare and communicate technical production & labour schedules, project scope, and responsibilities.
* Determine and secure resources for projects.
* Maintain focus on client needs, create organized documentation, and respond to concerns.
* Monitor project scope and adjust as necessary.
* Assist with equipment needs and technical solutions.
* Review sales documents to meet client needs.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
* Provide leadership for technical teams.
* Ensure all safety documentation is in place and communicated.
Event Execution
* Act as project leader and onsite contact for clients.
* Manage all phases of event technical execution.
* Oversee inventory management and onsite changes.
* Mentor team members and ensure compliance with standards.
* Follow health and safety requirements.
* Coordinate post-event reporting and billing.
Administrative & Training
* Complete post-event reporting and analysis.
* Participate in developing SOPs.
* Review and analyze proposed events.
