Job summary
We are seeking a Midwifery Inclusion Team Leader to champion equity and diversity across maternity services. In this role, you will lead a team to reduce health inequalities, strengthen community partnerships, and embed inclusive practices in midwifery care. As a registered midwife with strong clinical knowledge and cultural awareness, you will help ensure every woman and birthing person feels respected, supported, and safe; improving outcomes and building trust in our services.
