Pay & Logistics
* Base Rate: US $16.07/hr, GB £13.30/hr, CA $20.50/hr, AU $26.25/hr, IE €14.60/hr, NZ $26.00/hr
* Bonuses: Additional pay based on project performance.
* Type: Freelance/1099 contract — not an internship.
* Schedule: Flexible hours — you choose when and how much to work.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
* Analytical and Problem‑Solving Skills: Ability to develop complex, professional-level prompts and evaluate nuanced AI reasoning.
* Strong Writing: Clear, concise, and engaging writing to explain decisions or critique responses.
* Attention to Detail: Commitment to accuracy and ability to assess technical aspects of model outputs.
* Experience (Nice to have): Background in literature, creative writing, history, philosophy, theology, or similar fields; prior content strategist, technical writer, editor; interest or background in AI/ML or creative tech tools.
