We are looking for an Accounts Payable to process and keep track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc. Responsibilities include reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances, and maintaining historical records.
* Processing invoices accurately, resolving discrepancies, and complying with policies and procedures
* Managing supplier records, responding to queries, and reconciling unmatched supplier payments
* Processing expenses credit cards accurately, supporting query resolution, and complying with policies and procedures
* Adhering to governance, risk, compliance, and internal financial controls
