Teaching Assistant
Location: Glastonbury
Pay: £90–£95/day PAYE
Hours: 08:30–15:30, Mon–Fri, term-time
Axcis Education is recruiting a full-time Teaching Assistant to support KS1 pupils in a mainstream primary school in Glastonbury. This Teaching Assistant role focuses on helping children with SEND thrive in the classroom.
Key points:
•Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with SEND
•Support teachers in delivering learning activities
•Help children develop confidence, independence, and social skills
•Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom environment
You’ll need:
•Professional or personal experience working with SEND or young people is desired
•Patience, flexibility, and enthusiasm
