Join Our Team as a Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) or Pharmacist Prescriber!

An exciting opportunity awaits you at the Lincolnshire Recovery Partnership, where we are launching a vibrant new service across Lincolnshire in April 2024. This partnership combines the strengths of Turning Point, Framework, and Double Impact to deliver exceptional treatment and recovery services.

Our ‘Recovery First’ model is at the heart of everything we do, ensuring that lived experience and recovery are fully integrated into our approach. As part of our community-based team, you’ll empower individuals to change their lives while receiving the support you need to thrive in your own journey.


Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) or Pharmacist Prescriber, you will:

* Conduct opiate substitute treatment (OST) interventions and manage benzodiazepine reductions.
* Administer detoxification medications for alcohol and opiates, and provide relapse prevention support.
* Perform health care assessments and Blood Borne Virus (BBV) screenings and vaccinations.
* Collaborate closely with mental health, physical health, and social care services.
* Participate in local prescriber meetings and receive one-on-one clinical supervision.
* Contribute to shaping service delivery and ensuring clinically excellent services.

You’ll have access to comprehensive training and support from our Clinical Services Manager and Clinical Lead, along with resources to assist with your continuous professional development.


Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

* Be registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council or be a qualified Pharmacist with independent prescriber status.
* Exhibit confidence in managing opiate prescriptions and alcohol detoxifications.
* Be an excellent communicator, highly organized, and capable of developing creative, flexible support packages tailored to individual needs.
* Possess a genuine passion for helping others, with a deep level of empathy and understanding.
