 
        We are seeking a highly organised, hands-on Operations Manager to lead the Critical Power operations from end to end. The role: * Lead and develop a team of Depot Engineers, Yard Hands, and Field Service Engineers. * Manage the maintenance, repair, and testing of critical power equipment. * Oversee the workshop and depot to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. * Plan and resource all field service and project activities, ensuring quality, safety, and on-time delivery. * Coordinate logistics — from equipment preparation and dispatch to site delivery and return. * Champion Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance with a zero-harm mindset. * Collaborate closely with Sales and Project Management teams for seamless project handovers. * Drive continuous improvement across operations, safety, and service standards. What we are looking for: Essential: * Proven experience in an operational management or senior technical role within critical power, generator, or electrical industries. * Strong technical understanding of loadbanks, transformers, UPS systems, and power distribution equipment. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a small technical team. * Outstanding organisational, planning, and logistical coordination abilities. * A solid grasp of Health & Safety practices in workshop and site environments. * Full, valid UK driver’s licence. Desirable: * Formal engineering qualification (HNC/HND/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical discipline). * IOSH or NEBOSH Health & Safety qualification. * Experience in a hire or rental environment. * Commercial awareness and resource planning experience
