Role Description
This is a full-time Branch Manager role located in Bruton. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bruton branch, manage a team of staff, coordinate property sales, and liaise with clients, reporting to our Sales Director.
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience in winning residential instructions - mid/high end of the market
• Leadership skills for management of the office and its team
• Proven delivery of outstanding customer service
• Commitment to building lasting relationships
• Strong communication both inside and outside the business
• Excellent IT and digital skills for this fast-moving sector
• Experience working with new build developers
• Experience pricing new build schemes
• The desire to help drive the business forward
A full UK driving licence is a must. We are a small agency with a big heart. This role provides a great opportunity for someone looking for career progression and development. Salary and package will be commensurate with experience.
