We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Upper KS2 Teachers to support a range of welcoming primary schools in Macclesfield for the new academic year. These roles offer a fantastic balance of flexibility, experience, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging and creative lessons tailored to Upper Key Stage 2 pupils, helping them prepare for academic transition and SATs.
Adapt confidently to a variety of school settings across Macclesfield, supporting both short-term and long-term needs.
Create a stimulating, inclusive learning environment where all children can thrive.
Collaborate with school staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Role Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - preferred (ECTs welcome)
Experience teaching in Upper Key Stage 2 (Years 5 and/or 6)
Strong knowledge of the KS2 national curriculum, including SATs preparation
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
Right to work in the UK
