Responsibilities
* Lead on all aspects of operational business planning, service planning, CIP identification, project management and the development and writing of business cases within the division, ensuring consistency checks, relevant information and financial details are included.
* Support the identification of cost improvement opportunities, administer the quality assurance process and work with Clinical Delivery Groups (CDGs) to implement actions that realise the opportunity.
* Project manage the implementation of cost improvement and efficiency measures across all areas of the Trust, highlighting delays, issues and risks.
* Challenge staff at all levels to deliver benefits through committed action and change management.
* Support the CDGs with a variety of projects and national submissions.
* Support the CDGs with clinical transformation programmes.
* Work across Colchester and Ipswich hospital sites.
Qualifications
* NHS experience is essential.
* Can‑do attitude and commercially focused approach.
* Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
* Excellent performance management and financial acumen.
