Foreman Working (Civils) role at TieTalent
Location: Stafford
Date commence: 19th August 2025
Length of contract: 14-16 weeks
Hours of work: 7:30am - 4:30pm
Hourly rate: £25 per hour - CIS
Starting next week on an 80 bed care home project. This role is to manage 3-5 workers onsite as a working civils foreman; 2 x Groundworkers and 1 x 360 operator above 10 ton may be required.
Employer: Wallace Hind Selection - Construction Temps. All workers will be paid by CIS through Marvel Payroll.
Responsibilities
* Manage the site and the works of groundworkers onsite
* Read drawings and liaise with the client and company
* Meet deadlines and maintain site standards
Requirements
* CSCS/ NPORS Card
* SSSTS
* PPE
Person specification
* Experience as a working foreman onsite
* Managed gangs onsite
* Good communication skills
* Ability to read drawings
* Good timekeeper
* Manage hours effectively

Please note: You will be paid via Marvel Payroll; an Account Manager will contact you before you start work. All workers will be paid by CIS.
