About you:
You are a proactive team player within the Employee Success (ES) team, focused on continuous improvement and leadership development. You manage diverse employee relations cases, support high performance, and collaborate on projects, providing insights and maintaining regular communication with employees and leaders. Your success lies in managing ER cases confidently, keeping stakeholders informed, and balancing priorities in a dynamic environment.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Providing guidance on ER issues (performance management, absence, grievance, disciplinary) and supporting diversity & inclusion initiatives, escalating complex cases to Senior ES Advisers.
2. Managing and supporting performance and change projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder communication, and drafting global communications.
3. Ensuring consistency in ER processes and case management, applying best practices for operational excellence.
4. Collaborating with ES Business Partners and Advisers to develop ER leadership through training, workshops, and trend analysis-based strategies.
Skills and experiences we seek:
* Experience as an HR Adviser in fast-paced environments, ideally within technology, handling employment relations comprehensively.
* Strong coaching and influencing skills, with credibility and rapport-building abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail, customer focus, and proactive problem-solving.
* Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, PowerPoint) and a commitment to continuous learning.
