The key purpose of the role is to enhance the customer experience and drive profitable growth. The Architect is the customer's Trusted Advisor for technology and design, as such an integral part of the customer's matrix technical leadership team. They create value through the exploitation of technology across complex architectures. The Architect is the primary customer interface up to CIO level for all technical design aspects of BT's solution.
Responsibilities
* Be part of the account leadership team and the customer's trusted advisor
* Maintain a multi-year solution roadmap, co-created with the customer\'s key decision makers and stakeholders. Drawing on the customer\'s business drivers, industry trends and BT\'s product and solutions portfolio
* Ensure technical risks and issues are managed and mitigated
* Provide leadership to the operational teams in moments of major customer jeopardy
* Drive revenue generation, cashflow, EBIT, NPS and on time quality delivery
