Commercial & Technology Associate (2+PQE) – London
A global, full-service law firm with a strong international platform and a market-leading commercial and technology practice is seeking a talented and driven Associate to join its London team. With offices across key financial and commercial centres worldwide, the firm is recognised for advising on complex, cross-border matters for an impressive roster of multinational clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious commercial/technology lawyer with 2+ years’ post-qualification experience to take the next step in their career, working at the forefront of complex, high-value transactions in a fast-evolving sector.
You’ll be advising a diverse, global client base on a broad range of commercial and technology matters.
The caseload will include:
* Complex technology and outsourcing arrangements
* Commercial contracts for services and supply
* Software development, licensing, and SaaS/cloud solutions
* Fintech and digital innovation projects
* Distribution, reseller, and strategic partnership agreements
* Website terms, platform models, and digital ecosystems
* Commercial IP and data-driven arrangements
The team has deep sector expertise and regularly advises on international matters across technology, data, healthcare, energy, financial services, and retail.
