KeyResponsibilities:
* Executeaudits in accordance with established audit procedures withguidance from senior team members asneeded
* Developcomprehensive audit plans identifying potentialchallenges
* Delegatetasks to junior team members and provide clear instructions onexpectations
* Monitorproject progress to ensure budgets and deadlines are managedeffectively
* Reviewand approve audit sections before submitting them for senior teamreview
* Assistin the preparation or review of financialstatements
* Summarizekey client issues and account contents for senior teamreview
* Offertechnical advice and mentorship to junior staff providing detailedassistance and training whennecessary
* Evaluatestaff performance offering feedback and completing audit reviewassessments after eachproject
Requirements
* ACAor ACCA qualification nearly qualified with practiceexperience
* 23years of auditingexperience
* Strongaudit analysis and planningskills
* Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel and Word and ideally CaseWare (accounts andaudit)
* Previousexperience supervising or mentoring junior teammembers
* Uptodatetechnical knowledge including recent accounting standardsdevelopments
* Familiaritywith IFRS ISA US GAAP & GAAS preferred but notrequired
* Excellentcommunication skills both verbal and written with the ability toengage with diversestakeholders
* Organizedand capable of managing multiple taskseffectively
* Teamplayer with strong problemsolvingabilities
* Abilityto perform well underpressure
