Client Administrator – About The Role
In this role you will be working within a small team and will be required to deliver a first class service to a range of clients. This role requires a high level of organisation and your key responsibilities will be:
* Providing administrative support to managers, including detailed meeting pack preparation and client requests.
* Maintain accurate records of client correspondences using CRM systems.
* To deliver the highest standard of client care both internally and externally.
* Prepare/check outgoing internal and external correspondence and reports, including confidential and sensitive information.
* Diary management for senior staff.
* Submit and progress client cases.
* Liaise with clients to ensure meetings run according to plan.
The successful Client Administrator will have:
* Previous experience in a similar position
* Experience in a professional services firm
* Strong attention to detail
* Good communication skills
