Responsibilities
* Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
* Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
* Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
* Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
* Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
Qualifications
* Will help candidate obtain their real estate license
* Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
* Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
* Can spend a large amount of time driving
* Professional in attitude and appearance
Compensation
$12 - $15 hourly
