In this role, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of food service, helping to deliver high standards across the unit. You will be responsible for preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering excellent customer service. Your work will help create a welcoming and positive experience for all customers and clients. What you’ll do: Deliver excellent customer service at all times, ensuring a friendly, polite, and efficient experience for all customers. Assist with the preparation, presentation, and service of food and beverages in line with company standards. Take orders, serve customers, and operate the till, including cash handling and end-of-service procedures. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety, ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety regulations and procedures. Support team members and carry out general duties, including cleaning, restocking, reporting issues, and assisting with special functions when required. What you bring: Previous experience working in food service, catering, or hospitality environments. Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage positively with customers. Experience in safe food handling and maintaining high food safety standards. Good understanding and consistent application of health and safety procedures. High standards of personal hygiene and a professional appearance at all times. A proactive team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
