A great opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Administrator to join an award winning FTSE 250 company based in High Wycombe.
Responsibilities:
* Commercial responsibility – Responsible for tracking and collecting rebates to ensure they are accurate and paid on time
* Onboarding New Suppliers – Assessing the requirements for onboarding new suppliers followed by full onboarding process once an application is approved
* Reporting – Analyse procurement trends utilising internal reporting
* Drive best practises within the business around preferred supplier routes
* Managing a busy inbox responding supporting the internal sales team
* Working with UK and Multi-National supply chains
* Growth opportunities for the right candidate to progress into Supplier Development and performance management role
What we need from you:
* Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Procurement or Operational roles
* Knowledge or experience of the IT channel is an advantage
* Confident at building relationships with strong written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised and process driven
* Proven negotiation skills
* Ability to run reports and analyse data using Excel
* Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
* High level knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
* Ambition to succeed
