What you’ll do:
* Lead strategic programmes: payment scheme integrations, product launches, and client migrations.
* Drive delivery excellence: scope projects, mobilize resources, and oversee execution end‑to‑end.
* Collaborate globally: manage parallel work streams across IT, compliance, legal, finance, and client teams.
* Influence outcomes: present ideas, run workshops, and manage senior stakeholders with confidence.
* Promote innovation: support continuous improvement and champion Edenred PayTech solutions.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong project management experience (payments or strategic programmes ideal).
* Proven track record across the full project lifecycle.
* Strong knowledge of methodologies and tools; agile experience a plus.
* Excellent communication skills - able to simplify complex issues and engage senior stakeholders.
* Fluent English (additional European languages a bonus).
* University/Master’s degree; PM qualifications preferred.
