Registered Manager – Care and Support (Retirement Villages)

We are working on behalf of a leading regional care provider to appoint a Registered Manager – Care and Support (Retirement Villages) for its regulated community care services.
These services support older people living independently in retirement communities across Bristol and surrounding areas, with a strong reputation for person-centred care and values-led practice.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for safe, high-quality care delivery, with site-based line management responsibilities and a wider team of care professionals. The postholder will oversee service planning and delivery, ensure compliance with CQC standards, and maintain a responsive and inclusive service model.
We are seeking:
1. Proven leadership experience in domiciliary or community-based care.
2. Experience managing multi-site services and geographically dispersed teams.
3. Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and care standards.
4. Commercial acumen and budget management experience.
5. Strategic and operational oversight across regulated care environments.
