Job Overview
To review all draft accounts before sending for final review by partner as well as provide support to assignees and trainees where needed, and managing all aspects of client services placing yourselves in the clients' shoes. Ensuring all tasks relating to the client are complete.
Job Responsibilities
This role includes, but is not limited to:
· Reviewing accounts files on MWP and in docs
· Any other ad hoc work as required
· Contacting new clients within 14 days of being allocated to introduce yourself and explain your role
· Ensure the client onboarding process is completed
· Complete all Iris profiles when completing tasks
· Ensure all authorisations are applied for on behalf of the client for TGFP to be the agent
· Maintaining awareness of client list, ensuring all statutory deadlines are complied with
· Meeting with clients to discuss queries, and provide assistance, and software training as and when required
· Dealing with all client queries in a timely and efficient manner
· Ensure the client database holds the correct details
· Weekly billing decisions to be prepared
· Query WIP with partners where applicable to ensure all adhoc work is billed for
· Support accounts managers with queries relating to client accounts preparation
· Any other ad hoc work as required
