What the Job Involves Your role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, managing a diverse caseload, designing reablement plans, and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to support individuals in achieving their goals. You will provide professional supervision, guidance, and training to the team, ensuring interventions are timely, cost-effective, and adhere to statutory responsibilities. Skills Occupational Therapy qualification Registered with HCPC Minimum two years of post-qualification experience Experience with adults in social care settings Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding protocols Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to manage a complex caseload independently Proficient in IT and Microsoft applications Valid full UK driver's license
