Overview
Our client is a leading principal contractor specializing in bespoke interior fit-out and super-prime residential projects, delivering exceptional quality and innovative design solutions across a variety of sectors.
Responsibilities
* Document Management by keeping records updated on the system to manage and control the drawings and correspondence between project team and external parties, ensuring that the latest revisions are administered and distributed promptly.
* Experience of Procore (essential).
* QA check documentation before each issue to the internal and external teams.
* Arrange for drawings to be printed as and when required.
* Prepare and maintain A3 folders for use by site personnel (as required).
* Issuing requests for information (RFIs) as directed.
* Providing reports.
* Chasing internal and external teams on documentation that is overdue or nearly overdue.
* Maintain a project directory and ensure that manufacturers, suppliers, project team, and information are kept up-to-date.
* Assisting with the production of regular progress reports for Design Managers.
* Manage all documents in and out of the business across all the projects; ensure the flow of information is effective.
* Review and train how the system is set up to see if improvements are possible; identify tools that could benefit the process.
* Training new staff on how to use the system (Procore).
* Reporting—pulling data out of the system as needed.
