Technical Excellence Confident across all pastry techniques—baking, finishing, decorating, and presentation. Creative Flair You bring fresh ideas, love experimenting with flavours, and stay ahead of trends. Team Collaboration You work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to create cohesive, memorable menus.
