Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Lead (TA) is a TA professional who owns the delivery of end-to-end recruitment processes across our Region North* Retail offices. You are part of the Regional TA team and responsible for setting clear tactical & operational plan to accomplish short & mid-term hiring goals for all office roles within the region especially in the UK. You work closely with hiring managers as an advisor, providing market insight, building job ads, driving talent sourcing and engagement to build pipelines, owning the candidate experience across the full process, setting up assessment frameworks, and preparing and negotiating job offers.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Develop and implement regional talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
* Own the full life cycle of recruitment and ensure accurate systems administration.
* Talent sourcing of relevant candidates, pipeline building and promotion & engagement for open/potential roles.
* Utilize data and analytics to improve recruitment efficiency and decision-making.
* Secure a high-quality candidate's experience by acting as a role model and aligning expectations with all interviewers.
* Creating engagement and participating in the broader Global TA community including project management & delivery.
* Lead employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and high-performing talent.
* Work closely with the Regional business leaders as well as the HR team to drive TA function deliverables.

You are part of the Regional North HR community and contribute to the People agenda by attracting and recruiting the best talents for the region. You will be the trusted TA advisors for managers to guide and support them in every part of the recruitment journey.
WHO YOU ARE
You are an expert TA professional. You have a strong, deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process: from planning, intake meeting, sourcing & attraction, assessments, and offer preparation & negotiation. You also have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, and are able to advise and influence hiring managers and leaders.
You have strong Talent Sourcing and Copywriting & Branding skills that help you find and engage the right talent; top-class Talent Assessment skills that ensure we hire the right colleagues with the needed profiles. You have a strong foundation in data analytics, able to build talent supply & demand plans, set and track KPIs and accurately report on performance. You have good project management and change management skills to be able to run the implementation of TA Improvement & Innovation projects, locally or regionally.
What you need to succeed:
* Minimal 5 years of hands-on experience delivering high-performance recruitment end-to-end for head office roles.
* Informal leadership with strong track-record of senior stakeholder partnering and advisory.
* Experienced working in a cross cultural environment is a strong advantage.
* Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
* Proven track records in formulating TA Strategy independently.
* Strong understanding of TA metric and able to formulate strategy to impact it.

This is a full-time permanent position based in our London Head Office and reports to the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager. *Region North including our sales markets in UK, Ireland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Iceland.
