You role will be to help deliver their products and contribute to projects that play a critical role in ensuring national security and strategic advancements. Responsibilities: * Plan, execute, and finalise projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. * Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives. * Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules and resource allocation. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. * Identify and manage project risks and issues. * Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. * Conduct regular project meetings to track progress and resolve any issues. * Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies. Essential Skills/Experience: * Previous experience as a Project Manager. * Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, processes, and artifacts. * Proficiency in project management software. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. * Ability to prioritise task whilst maintaining attention to detail. * Exceptional time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Desirable: * AgilePM & APM PMQ. * An awareness of the Defence sector. * An understanding of software development. * Experience of bid management. * Financial controls.
