Capita is Looking for an experienced Electrician - Based in Scotland
To provide high quality electrical/data installations and repairs to buildings and plant rooms.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Carry out electrical installation works, to push projects forward and maintain effective timelines
2. Maintain day-to-day contact with the electrical manager when needed
3. Meet customer’s representatives and attend site meetings as directed.
4. Good, knowledge and disciplines in Electrical and Mechanical works and installation
5. Have good decision-making and communications skills
6. To have good knowledge of BS7671
7. Aid other trades within the Electranet UK Ltd as and when required to help the company’s main effort.
8. Act upon reasonable requests and instructions from your line manager.
9. To work reasonable overtime as and when required.
10. To be active in ensuring all health and safety systems are implemented
What we’re looking for:
11. Have excellent communication skills.
12. Initial and Periodic Electrical Inspection and Testing (2391) or equivalent.
13. Have an enthusiastic approach to working alone and as part of a team.
14. Be reliable and flexible.
15. NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 Qualified with 17th or 18th Edition.
16. Hold an ECS Gold Card.
17. A full UK driving licence.
