Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing the full conveyancing process, from instruction to completion.
2. Overseeing a personal caseload.
3. Assisting with post-completion tasks when required.
4. Engaging in business development, including networking and introducing new clients and third parties.
5. Ensuring compliance with internal policies and maintaining CQS standards.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
6. A minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience in residential property.
7. Experience with lease extensions and in managing a small team
8. Strong administrative, communication, and delegation skills.
9. Ability to remain courteous under pressure and work effectively as part of a team.
