The Best Connection Mansfield are recruiting for a number of Refuse Collectors in the Sutton in Ashfield area!!
This a fantastic opportunity for reliable, hardworking and physically fit individuals to represent the council.
This is an extremely active job role, covering many miles, and working in ALL weathers!!! (cold wet mornings is something you must take into consideration)
Working hours:
* 06:00 - 16:00
* Monday - Thursday (3 day weekend!!)
Pay rates:
* £13.26 per hour
As well as representing local Council, the role will involve:
* Wheeling bins to the edge of the pavement and loading them on the automatic tipping machine to empty them into the lorry
* Returning empty bins to houses and perhaps supplying new bins
* Some heavy lifting/pulling
* Working lorry machinery
* Communicating with members of the public, and utilising your reverse assist training in which will be carried out in your induction
* The role may also include working on the councils tidy up scheme
