Key Responsibilities Take charge of daily operations and lead shifts to ensure smooth, efficient service
Supervise and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer experiences
Support the Store Manager in maintaining brand, hygiene, and safety standards
Handle cashing up, stock control, and opening/closing duties
Train, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
Maintain a positive, proactive atmosphere on every shift
Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations
Act as the first point of contact when the Store Manager is not on site
Requirements Previous experience in a fast-food or quick-service restaurant (QSR) is essential
Experience as a Shift Leader, Supervisor, or Assistant Manager preferred
Confident leadership and strong communication skills
Reliable, hands-on, and able to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
Ability to manage a team effectively during busy trading periods
Based within a commutable distance of Milton Keynes
