The Package
* £44,000 per annum basic salary
* Company Car - car allowance of £445 per month, or personal car usage at 45p per mile
* 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
* Additional 5 days gifted leave
The Role
* Lead and manage Health, Safety and Training across a large portfolio of education catering sites
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and company policies across the business
* Conduct site audits, investigations and reporting to maintain high safety standards
* Deliver and coordinate Health & Safety training and manager inductions across the organisation
* Work closely with Operations and HR to support training programmes and staff development
The Requirements
* Experience within a Health & Safety role in catering, hospitality or food service
* Strong knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
* NEBOSH qualification desirable (training support available)
* Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence teams
* Full UK Driving Licence with the ability to travel across the North of England
The Location
* M6 corridor Stoke to Liverpool, Manchester & Sheffield.
* A regional 'road based' role within the above areas.
