Spire Cheshire Hospital is looking to recruit a Bank Outpatient Administrator to join our Outpatient department.

As Outpatient Admin you will be responsible for providing an efficient Clinic Appointments service to GP's, consultants and patients and by doing so helping to achieve the highest possible standard of care within the Clinic Appointments Office for both private and NHS patients.
Duties and responsibilities
1. Provide an efficient clinic appointments service to patients, consultants, secretaries and staff in accordance with departmental procedures
2. Deal with telephone communications effectively
3. Ensure clinic builds are up-to date in SAP
4. Compilation of clinic lists and distribution as required to staff and consultants
5. Manual billing processes, including the accurate collection of credit cards
Who we're looking for
6. Experience of face to face customer/patient interaction
7. Has excellent Administration skills using different databases and systems (training will be given)
8. Exceptional phone manner
9. Having previous medical knowledge would be advantageous
10. Enthusiastic and energetic professional
Working Hours: Department hours are 7-7 Monday to Friday and 8-12.30 on a Saturday.
