We are working with a global law firm to recruit a Real Estate Lawyer for a 2–3 month interim position. The role sits within the firm’s top-ranked real estate practice and offers the opportunity to work on high-quality commercial property matters for a diverse client base. The position is fully remote, providing flexibility while supporting a busy and collaborative team.
Responsibilities
* Advise on a range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and developments
* Draft and negotiate leases, sale contracts, and ancillary documents
* Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction management
* Liaise with clients and counterparties to progress matters efficiently
Qualifications
* Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 6+ years’ PQE
Required Skills
* Strong drafting skills and experience handling property transactions
* Able to manage work independently with appropriate supervision
* Strong commercial awareness and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
