What You’ll Be Doing as CNC Machinist: * Ensuring the smooth, efficient running of CNC machines * Producing components that consistently meet strict quality standards * Delivering work On Time In Full (OTIF) * Carrying out self-inspection and sanctioning of your own work * Working across turning, milling, and grinding operations (cell-dependent) * Supporting excellent workplace organisation and 5S standards * Gaining full cross-training across all cell disciplines * Occasionally assisting with assembly, pinning, or non-machinery tasks What We’re Looking for as CNC Machinist: Essential: * Previous experience in CNC turning or milling or grinding * Confident using standard measuring equipment * Background in an engineering or manufacturing environment * Strong numerical skills and attention to detail * A reliable, team-focused attitude with a commitment to quality * Comfortable following...
