Be part of one of the UKs Great Places to Work!You haveExperience working in a fast-paced Repairs and Maintenance team using workforce planning systemsBrilliant knowledge of repairs and maintenance activities for trades with experience in scheduling repairs and maintenance activities such as responsive, planned and cyclical work programmesAn eye for detail (lets hope you spot no typos here), great at organising, planning, meeting deadlines and able to multitaskExcellent customer service skills to manage changing priorities.The practical bitsHours of work are typically 37.5 hours per week, 8.30 am to 16.30 pmThis is a hybrid role meaning that you'll work from home as well as our office which is in Durham 2 days per weekAble to use technology for planning and scheduling work using systems and Microsoft Office as well as collaborating with other colleagues.StrongertogetherWe do our best work when were ourselves.
