Our Engineering Research and Development department (ER&D) is a fast-growing function within Tata Technologies Limited that is assembled to work on exciting projects globally for multiple customers. It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery.
ROLESUMMARY
We are seeking an experienced Battery Timing Coordinator to support a high-level battery technology project. This role will be key in ensuring that all battery-related timelines align with broader launch and engineering plans. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple technical teams.
AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
Developahigh-levelbatteryprojecttimingplansuitableforpresentationatboardlevel.
Coordinatewithallbatterytechnologyleads(Stack,Pack,Frame,BEM)toensureanintegratedprojecttimeline.
LiaisewiththeLaunchteamandIOPDtoensuretheGME-Pplansupportstheoverallunitlaunchtimeline.
Provideongoingstatusupdates,identifytimingrisks,anddrivealignmentacrossfunctions.
KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in project management, ideally within automotive or engineering environments.
Strongorganizational,communication,andstakeholdermanagementskills.
Abilitytoworkacrosscross-functionalteamsandmanagecomplextimelines
Experience in Electric Vehicle (EV) programs.
Priorexposuretoproductlaunchprocessesorsystems.
