We have an exciting opportunity for a Bromley Recovery and Wellbeing College Coordinator to join SEL Mind on a one-year fixed-term basis. You will work closely with the Bromley Recovery and Wellbeing Manager to develop a high-quality college offer for the residents of Bromley. The role involves providing day-to-day support and guidance to a team of tutors and volunteer co-facilitators to ensure the efficient delivery of the college.
You should have experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment. The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team is essential, along with strong problem-solving and organizational skills. Effective communication with a wide range of people is also required. You will collaborate with other SEL Mind colleagues and our Bromley Mental Health Hub partners, Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust.
Hybrid working arrangements are considered in line with our policies and the needs of the service. Occasional out-of-hours work may be required to support courses outside of core office hours.
Successful applicants will be expected to undergo an Enhanced Level Disclosure and Barring Service check.
