Position
Position: Refuse Loader
Location: Carlisle, Cumbria
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour (first 12 weeks) rising to £12.85 after 12 consecutive weeks
Overtime: Bank Holidays paid at double time
Start Date: Immediate, Apply now! (Applications close Friday 19th September 2025)
Hours: Monday to Friday, minimum 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities
* Working as part of a friendly waste management crew
* Lifting and loading waste containers throughout the day
* Enjoying the fresh air while helping keep the community tidy
Qualifications
* Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads
* Reliable and punctual
* A great team player with good communication skills
* Happy to work outdoors in all weather
